Non-personalized items can be returned within the statutory withdrawal period, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Personalized products are excluded from exchange and return, as they are custom-made according to your wishes.

Should your item arrive damaged or have a production defect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. Together, we will find a quick and easy solution.
